1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)
• Not be damaged, altered, or misused by the customer
• Be returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation 
• Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
